Digital Citizenship at Sunnyside:

Each year our school creates a digital citizenship plan with goals that we will work on to promote digital citizenship with our students.  This year, School Council members and teachers identified the themes of Respectful and Balanced use of technology as priorities for our students.  You can see our digital citizenship plan here: 2023 - 2024 Digital Citizenship Plan

Practicum Students:

At Sunnyside, we believe that it is important to support people who are starting their careers in education.  This fall we will be welcoming three pre-service teachers from University of Lethbridge, one educational assistant practicum student from Mount Royal University and one art therapy practicum student from Vancouver Art Therapy Institute.

• Please no violent or scary costumes, no masks or weapons.  Please no inflatable costumes.

• Because of allergies, please do not send food to share.

• Regular Friday - grades 1 to 6 dismissal at noon, no kindergarten classes
