Sunnyside Weekly - November 17, 2023

This short week has been a busy one!  All classes spent time recognizing Metis people's past, present and future.  Students learned about Metis language, culture and traditions and we made connections between Metis values such as being kind, generous and helpful with our own values at home and school.  If you would like to know more about Metis Week, the Giving Tree and Metis author and illustrator Leah Dorian, you can check out these links:

Students participated in the cup stacking challenge in Phys Ed class and challenged themselves to beat their time and stack their cups higher!

Thank you Fun Lunch volunteers for helping make our first fun lunch of the year go smoothly!
