Dear Sunnyside School Families

A big thank you to our amazing parent volunteers who organized and ran the Fun Lunch! It's always such an exciting day for the students, and we truly appreciate your time and effort in making it special for them. 

The snowfall made outdoor time even more exciting for the students! It was wonderful to see so many well-prepared children in their snow pants, gloves, mittens, hats, and boots, ready to make the most of the winter fun—sliding down hills, building forts, creating snow angels, and even playing snow soccer. Thank you for ensuring they have the proper clothing to fully enjoy the day! A friendly reminder that a spare pair of socks or gloves in their backpack can be really helpful for some students. Also, just a reminder that according to CBE policy, students will continue to play outside until the temperature reaches -20°C with windchill, at which point we will transition to indoor recess.

Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 28 from 4:15 – 8:00 and Friday, November 29 from 9 – 12:30 (No School for Students Today).
