We are so excited to be participating in the Terry Fox Run again this year! Did you know that Sunnyside School has been doing the Terry Fox Run for over 30 years? Over 800 million dollars have been rasied for cancer research and Sunnyside School has raised over $50 000!

Classes have been practicing running and learning about Terry Fox's inspiring story and the messages he wanted to pass on to us all, "Anything's possible if you try". This year's slogan is No Matter What.

We invite family members to join us on the field at 9:00AM on Thursday, September 19 for the run.

Hello Sunnyside Families! 

Mrs. Boyer is looking for a group of about 5 parents (and their children too if you wish!)  to help set up the Terry Fox Run at about 8:15-8:40 on Thursday Sept 19.  Students will run from about 9-9:30. Families are invited to run along with their child or cheer in the field. There will be some light cleanup too if you can stay after for a few minutes!
